It is a common myth that air plants don't need anything extra to thrive. While they don't absorb nutrients through their roots, they do absorb them through their leaves! Follow the directions on the bottle and your air plants will thank you!
Be sure not to fertilize more than once per month. This can cause your plants to have an excess of nitrogen and their health will suffer, and possibly die.
